WINE PASSION

It all started when she tasted the Klein Constantia MCC Brut 2013 for the first time in 2017. She managed to describe the in wine in detail especially on the nose and palate. She doesn’t know how but she guesses it all comes with a talent..!

A holder of WSET levels 1,2 and 3.

Certified Junior sommelier by the South African Sommeliers Association.

Tendai is currently working for Klein Constantia Winery as a Wine Sommelière doing wine tastings and events. It’s now been 5 years with them and still going!

She is also conducting food and wine pairings at The Waterside Restaurant in the Waterfront, part of the La Colombe Group.
