2. PAYMENT

2.1. Full payment is required before a ticket is issued.

3. REFUND POLICY

3.1. Refunds will not be available for customers who choose not to attend an event and do not request a refund less than 24 hours in advance.

3.2. Cancellations and requests for refunds are accepted by writing only and must be received by email within the stated cancellation deadline. All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit cardholder. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and the date of the event.

3.3. Refunds may take 3 to 8 business days to process and post to the account. This varies by bank.
